Delete your account
This removes your Counted account and every record in it — on your devices and in your backup. It cannot be undone. You do not need the app installed to do this.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription, and we cannot cancel one for you — only the store you bought it from can.
Cancel at Apple subscriptions
or Google Play subscriptions before you delete, or you will keep being billed for an app you no longer have.

Signed in with Apple or Google, or forgotten your password? Email support@countedapp.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
